The short version

THE SYSTEM needs an account. Your training log lives on your device and works offline once you are in, but the account is what lets it survive a lost or replaced phone.

Your account is an email address and a password, or Apple/Google sign-in. Nothing else is required to use the app.

You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, at any time.

We do not sell your data, do not run ads, and do not share your data with advertisers.

What we store on your device

Your profile: name you choose, sex, age, bodyweight and unit preference. Sex, age and bodyweight are required because strength thresholds are calibrated to them — without these the ranking is meaningless.

Your training log: exercise, weight, reps or duration, and the time of each set.

Body measurements, if you enter them: the circumferences you take with a tape measure (neck, chest, waist, hips, thigh, arm, calf) and the date of each reading. These never leave your device — the cloud does not store them — and the CSV export includes all of them.

Your settings: language, chosen movements, custom movements, and the template program you are following.

This data stays on your device unless you create an account.

What we store in the cloud (only if you create an account)

Your email address, used for sign-in and account recovery only.

The same profile and training log described above, so it can be restored on another device.

The date your 7-day trial started. It is tied to your account so the trial is not restarted by reinstalling the app; it is deleted with your account.

Hosting is provided by Supabase. Row Level Security is enabled: the database rejects any attempt to read another user's rows.

Diagnostics

The app records a small set of anonymous counters: a set was logged, a rank went up, a card was shared, an export was taken, plus the technical details of a crash.

While diagnostics are on, these counters leave your device. Anonymous crash and event counts are processed through PostHog, and crash reports are processed through Sentry so a crash can be traced to the file and line it came from; both store their data in the European Union (PostHog: eu.i.posthog.com, Sentry: ingest.de.sentry.io). Your IP address is retained by neither service, so not even a coarse location is derived from it. Records are tied to a random install identifier that belongs to the installation and not to your account, and it is gone when you uninstall the app. With diagnostics off, nothing is sent.

They contain no name, no email address, no bodyweight and no free text. Only fixed values such as rank letters and body regions, plus counts and yes/no flags, are allowed through. This is enforced by the code, not by policy, and an automated test keeps it that way.

You can switch diagnostics off at any time: PROFILE then DIAGNOSTICS. From the moment you switch it off, nothing further is sent.

The coach

The built-in coach runs entirely on this device: it answers from the numbers the engine already computed, plus published sports-science ranges for protein. Nothing is sent anywhere.

The weekly reminder, if you enable it, is a local notification scheduled on the device. No push service and no server is involved, and it can be switched off in PROFILE at any time.

A future version may add an AI-powered coach. It is switched off in this version and sends nothing anywhere. The rest of this section describes what would happen if it is switched on later — it is here so the change is never a surprise.

The AI coach is the only feature that sends training data off your device, and it only does so when you send it a message. If you never open it, nothing is sent.

What is sent: your rank letters, your progress percentage towards the next rank, your open quest targets in kilograms, your weekly set and session counts, your streak length, plateau warnings, and the question you typed.

What is not sent: your name, your email address, your bodyweight, your age, your sex, and your raw set log. Ranks are already normalised to bodyweight, so the coach can do its job without the number itself.

Your question and the context above are sent to Anthropic, which operates the language model, and are processed on servers outside Turkey and the EU. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models. We do not store your conversations on our servers; only a counter of how many messages you have sent is kept, so the usage limit can be applied.

Because training data is health-related data under GDPR Article 9, the coach asks for separate, explicit consent the first time you open it. Declining costs you nothing else in the app: every other feature keeps working exactly as before. You can withdraw consent at any time in PROFILE.

The coach is not a doctor, a physiotherapist or a personal trainer. It cannot diagnose anything and it will not prescribe medication or supplement doses.

What we never collect

Location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera.

Advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking.

Google Fit / Health Connect data — the app does not request access on Android.

Payment card details. If subscriptions launch, payment is handled by Apple or Google; we never see card data.

Apple Health (iOS, optional)

Your rank is your estimated one-rep max divided by your bodyweight, so bodyweight is part of the calculation. On iOS you can let the app read your latest bodyweight from Apple Health instead of typing it in.

It is READ-ONLY and opt-in. Nothing is ever written to Apple Health, and the app asks for exactly one data type: body mass. No steps, no heart rate, no workouts.

The reading stays on your device and follows the same path as a value you typed yourself. It is never used for advertising or tracking — Apple forbids that, and so do we.

The app is deliberately cautious with it: a reading older than 30 days, outside a plausible range, or more than 20 kg away from your current weight is not applied silently. You are asked first, because bodyweight changes every one of your six ranks.

You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices. The app keeps working; it just goes back to the weight you type in.

Your rights

Export: PROFILE → EXPORT RAW LOG produces a CSV of your complete raw log at any time, free.

Deletion: ACCOUNT → DELETE ACCOUNT permanently erases your account and cloud data. Local data is cleared at the same time.

Access and correction: your data is visible and editable inside the app at all times.

Under GDPR and Turkish KVKK you may also contact us directly to exercise these rights.

Retention

Cloud data is kept until you delete your account, after which it is removed immediately by cascade deletion.

Local data is kept until you delete it, reset the Awakening, or uninstall the app.

Diagnostic counters are held by PostHog, and crash reports by Sentry, in the European Union for the retention period that applies to each project, and are deleted automatically at the end of it. They are the one exception to account deletion, and the reason is structural: they are tied to a random install identifier with no link back to you, so there is nothing for a cascade delete to find. They hold no name, email address, bodyweight or free text. Switching diagnostics off in PROFILE stops all further sending from that moment.

Children

THE SYSTEM is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Loading heavy weights carries injury risk; minors should train under qualified supervision.

Not medical advice

Ranks, targets and quests are informational, produced by a formula from the numbers you enter. They are not medical, diagnostic or physiotherapy advice. Train within your ability and consult a professional where appropriate.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially, the app will show the change before it takes effect.

Ayarların: dil, seçtiğin hareketler, kendi eklediğin hareketler ve takip ettiğin şablon program.

Hesap açmadığın sürece bu veriler cihazından çıkmaz.

Barındırma Supabase üzerindedir. Row Level Security açıktır: veritabanı, başka bir kullanıcının satırlarını okuma girişimini reddeder.

Tanılama

Uygulama az sayıda anonim sayaç tutar: bir set kaydedildi, bir rank atlandı, bir kart paylaşıldı, bir dışa aktarma alındı ve bir çökmenin teknik ayrıntısı.

Tanılama açıkken bu sayaçlar cihazından çıkar. Anonim çökme ve olay sayıları PostHog üzerinden, çökme raporları ise çökmenin hangi dosya ve satırdan geldiği görülebilsin diye Sentry üzerinden işlenir; iki serviste de veri Avrupa Birliği'nde tutulur (PostHog: eu.i.posthog.com, Sentry: ingest.de.sentry.io). IP adresin iki serviste de saklanmaz, dolayısıyla kaba bir konum bile türetilmez. Kayıtlar rastgele bir kurulum kimliğine bağlanır; o kimlik hesabına değil kuruluma aittir ve uygulamayı sildiğinde yok olur. Tanılama kapalıyken hiçbir şey gönderilmez.

İçlerinde ad, e-posta, vücut ağırlığı ve serbest metin yoktur. Yalnızca rank harfi ve vücut bölgesi gibi sabit değerler ile sayılar ve evet/hayır bayrakları geçebilir. Bunu politika değil kodun kendisi uygular; otomatik bir test de kuralı kalıcı kılar.

Tanılamayı istediğin an kapatabilirsin: PROFİL sonra TANILAMA. Kapattığın andan sonra hiçbir kayıt gönderilmez.

Koç

Uygulamadaki koç tamamen bu cihazda çalışır: motorun zaten hesapladığı sayılardan ve protein için yayınlanmış spor bilimi aralıklarından konuşur. Hiçbir yere hiçbir şey gönderilmez.

Haftalık hatırlatma, açarsan, cihazda kurulan yerel bir bildirimdir. Push servisi ve sunucu işin içinde değildir; PROFİL'den istediğin an kapatılır.

İleriki bir sürümde AI destekli bir koç eklenebilir. Bu sürümde kapalıdır ve hiçbir yere hiçbir şey göndermez. Bölümün devamı, açılırsa ne olacağını anlatıyor — değişiklik hiç sürpriz olmasın diye şimdiden yazılı.

AI koç, antrenman verini cihazından dışarı gönderen tek özelliktir ve bunu yalnızca sen bir mesaj gönderdiğinde yapar. Hiç açmazsan hiçbir şey gönderilmez.

Gönderilenler: rank harflerin, sonraki ranka kalan yüzden, açık görevlerinin kilogram cinsinden hedefleri, haftalık set ve seans sayın, seri uzunluğun, plato uyarıların ve yazdığın soru.

Gönderilmeyenler: adın, e-posta adresin, vücut ağırlığın, yaşın, cinsiyetin ve ham set kaydın. Rank zaten vücut ağırlığına göre normalize edilmiştir; koç işini o sayı olmadan yapabilir.

Sorun ve yukarıdaki bağlam, dil modelini işleten Anthropic'e gönderilir ve Türkiye ile AB dışındaki sunucularda işlenir. Anthropic, API verisini model eğitiminde kullanmaz. Konuşmalarını kendi sunucularımızda saklamıyoruz; yalnızca kaç mesaj gönderdiğinin sayacı tutulur, o da kullanım sınırını uygulamak için.

Antrenman verisi GDPR Md.9 anlamında sağlıkla ilgili veri sayıldığı için koç, ilk açılışında ayrı ve açık rıza ister. Reddetmenin uygulamada başka hiçbir bedeli yoktur: diğer tüm özellikler aynen çalışmaya devam eder. Rızanı istediğin an PROFİL ekranından geri çekebilirsin.

Koç bir doktor, fizyoterapist veya kişisel antrenör değildir. Teşhis koyamaz, ilaç veya takviye dozu öneremez.

Asla toplamadıklarımız

Konum, rehber, fotoğraflar, mikrofon veya kamera.

Reklam kimliği veya uygulamalar arası takip.

Google Fit / Health Connect verisi — Android'de uygulama erişim istemiyor.

Kart bilgisi. Abonelik başladığında ödeme Apple veya Google tarafından işlenir; kart verisini biz hiç görmeyiz.

Apple Health (iOS, isteğe bağlı)

Rankın, tahmini tek tekrar maksimumunun vücut ağırlığına bölümü — yani kilo hesabın parçası. iOS'ta kilonu elle yazmak yerine Apple Health'teki son değeri okutabilirsin.

YALNIZCA OKUMA ve tamamen senin isteğine bağlı. Apple Health'e hiçbir şey yazılmaz ve uygulama tek bir veri türü ister: vücut ağırlığı. Adım yok, nabız yok, antrenman yok.

Okunan değer cihazında kalır ve elle yazdığın bir değerle aynı yolu izler. Reklam ya da takip için asla kullanılmaz — Apple bunu yasaklıyor, biz de.

Uygulama bu veriyi bilerek temkinli kullanıyor: 30 günden eski, makul aralığın dışında ya da mevcut kilondan 20 kg'dan fazla sapan bir okuma sessizce uygulanmaz. Önce sana sorulur, çünkü vücut ağırlığı altı rankının hepsini birden değiştirir.

Erişimi dilediğin an iOS Ayarlar → Sağlık → Veri Erişimi ve Cihazlar'dan geri alabilirsin. Uygulama çalışmaya devam eder, yalnızca elle yazdığın kiloya döner.

Haklarının kullanımı

Dışa aktarma: PROFİL → HAM KAYDI DIŞA AKTAR ile tüm ham kaydını istediğin an CSV olarak alabilirsin, ücretsiz.

Silme: HESAP → HESABI SİL ile hesabın ve bulut verin kalıcı olarak silinir. Aynı anda cihazdaki veri de temizlenir.

Erişim ve düzeltme: verilerin uygulama içinde her zaman görünür ve düzenlenebilir.

KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında bu hakları kullanmak için bizimle doğrudan da iletişime geçebilirsin.

Saklama süresi

Bulut verisi, sen hesabını silene kadar saklanır; silindiğinde zincirleme silme ile anında kaldırılır.

Cihazdaki veri; sen silene, Awakening'i sıfırlayana ya da uygulamayı kaldırana kadar durur.

Tanılama sayaçları PostHog'da, çökme raporları Sentry'de — ikisi de Avrupa Birliği'nde, her projede geçerli saklama süresi kadar tutulur ve süre sonunda otomatik silinir. Hesap silmenin tek istisnası bunlar ve sebebi yapısal: kayıtlar rastgele bir kurulum kimliğine bağlı ve o kimlikten sana giden bir bağ yok, yani zincirleme silmenin bulacağı bir şey yok. İçlerinde ad, e-posta, vücut ağırlığı ya da serbest metin yoktur. PROFİL'den tanılamayı kapattığın anda gönderim tamamen durur.

Çocuklar

THE SYSTEM 13 yaş altına yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaş grubunun verisini toplamayız. Ağır kaldırmak sakatlanma riski taşır; reşit olmayanlar yetkin gözetim altında çalışmalıdır.

Tıbbi tavsiye değildir

Ranklar, hedefler ve questler bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; girdiğin sayılardan bir formülle üretilir. Tıbbi teşhis, tedavi ya da fizyoterapi tavsiyesi değildir. Kapasiten dahilinde çalış ve gerektiğinde bir uzmana danış.
