When you write about a bug, please include your device model, your iOS or Android version, and what you did just before it happened. That usually turns three messages into one.

My ranks look wrong

Ranks are computed from your logged sets: an estimated one-rep max, divided by bodyweight, compared to standards calibrated to your sex and age. If the bodyweight in PROFILE is out of date, every rank shifts — check that first.

A region with no logged main lift stays unranked rather than being guessed. That is intentional, not a bug.

No payment changes a rank. The ranking engine has no access to subscription state, by design.

The 7-day trial

New accounts get every SYSTEM ASCENDANT feature for 7 days after the Awakening. No card is taken and no subscription starts, so there is nothing to cancel. On day 8 the app returns to the free tier and nothing is deleted.

If the app was reinstalled the trial starts over, because nothing about you is stored on our servers before you sign in. Reinstalling also erases your training history, so it is not a good trade.

Cancel or restore a subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so cancelling happens there: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the paid period.

Changed phones? Open PROFILE → SYSTEM ASCENDANT → RESTORE PURCHASES with the same Apple ID or Google account.

Losing a subscription locks interpretation features only. Letters, history, quests, programs and measurements all stay.

Export or delete my data

PROFILE → ACCOUNT has both: export your full log as CSV, or delete your account and everything in it from inside the app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Known limits

Apple Health is read-only and iOS-only: the app reads your latest bodyweight if you allow it and never writes anything back. Android has no Health integration.

The coach is rule-based and runs entirely on your device. It is not an AI assistant and does not send your log anywhere.

Shoulder, arm and core thresholds rest on published estimates rather than competition data and will be recalibrated. The app says which is which.

Ranklarım yanlış görünüyor

Ranklar kaydettiğin setlerden hesaplanıyor: tahmini tek tekrar maksimumu, vücut ağırlığına oranlanıyor, cinsiyet ve yaşa kalibre eşiklerle karşılaştırılıyor. PROFİL'deki kilo eskiyse bütün ranklar kayar — önce oraya bak.

Ana hareketi hiç kaydedilmemiş bölge tahmin edilmez, ranksız kalır. Bu bilinçli bir karar, hata değil.

Hiçbir ödeme rankı değiştirmez. Rank motoru abonelik durumuna erişemiyor; bu bir söz değil mimarinin sonucu.

7 günlük deneme

Yeni hesaplar, Awakening'den sonra 7 gün boyunca SYSTEM ASCENDANT'ın tamamını alıyor. Kart istenmiyor ve abonelik başlamıyor, yani iptal edilecek bir şey yok. 8. günde uygulama ücretsiz katmana dönüyor ve hiçbir verin silinmiyor.

Uygulama yeniden kurulduysa deneme baştan başlar, çünkü sen giriş yapmadan önce sunucularımızda hakkında hiçbir şey tutulmuyor. Yeniden kurmak antrenman geçmişini de sildiği için iyi bir takas değil.

Aboneliği iptal etme ve geri yükleme

Abonelikler bizim değil Apple ya da Google tarafından tahsil ediliyor, dolayısıyla iptal orada yapılıyor: iOS Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler, ya da Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler. İptal, ödenmiş dönemin sonuna kadar erişimini korur.

Telefon mu değiştirdin? Aynı Apple ID ya da Google hesabıyla PROFİL → SYSTEM ASCENDANT → SATIN ALMALARI GERİ YÜKLE.

Aboneliğin bitmesi yalnız yorumlama özelliklerini kilitler. Harfler, geçmiş, questler, programlar ve ölçüler kalır.

Verimi dışa aktarma ve silme

PROFİL → HESAP ikisini de içeriyor: tüm günlüğünü CSV olarak dışa aktar ya da hesabını ve içindeki her şeyi uygulama içinden sil. Silme anında gerçekleşir ve geri alınamaz.

Bilinen sınırlar

Apple Health yalnız okuma ve yalnız iOS: izin verirsen uygulama son kilonu okur, Health'e hiçbir şey yazmaz. Android'de Health entegrasyonu yok.

Koç kural tabanlıdır ve tamamen cihazında çalışır. Yapay zekâ asistanı değildir ve günlüğünü hiçbir yere göndermez.

Omuz, kol ve core eşikleri yarışma verisi değil yayınlanmış tahminlere dayanıyor ve yeniden kalibre edilecek. Uygulama hangisinin hangisi olduğunu söylüyor.
