The short version

THE SYSTEM is a training log that assigns you a strength rank based on the weight you actually lift. It requires an account; once you are signed in the log works on your device, offline.

Some deeper features require a paid subscription. Your rank is never one of them: ranks cannot be bought, and no subscription changes the letter you are given.

This app is not a coach, a doctor or a physiotherapist. See the last section.

Your account

An account is optional and exists only so your log survives a lost or replaced phone.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Do not share your account.

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time (Profile → Account → Delete account). Deletion is permanent and removes your cloud data.

Subscriptions

Paid features are sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store or Google Play. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown by the store before you confirm, in your local currency.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

You manage and cancel your subscription in your store account settings, not in this app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

If you are offered a free trial and you buy a subscription during that trial, the unused part of the trial is forfeited — this is a store rule, not ours.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds on their behalf.

What you may and may not do

You may use the app for your own training, and export your own data at any time.

You may not resell access, attempt to bypass payment, reverse-engineer the ranking engine to fabricate ranks, or use the app to harass anyone.

You may not upload content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to share.

Your content and your data

Your training log is yours. We claim no ownership of it and we do not sell it.

How your data is stored and what leaves your device is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

If you share a rank card, you are publishing that image yourself; we do not post anything on your behalf.

Availability and changes

The app is provided as it is. We may add, change or remove features, and cloud sync may be unavailable at times.

Because the app is local-first, your log stays readable on your device even if the cloud service is down or discontinued.

If we make a material change to these terms, we will show it in the app before it applies to you.

The AI coach

The AI coach is switched off in this version. The terms below apply if and when it is switched on.

The AI coach is an optional feature. It reads the numbers the ranking engine already produced for you and explains them in plain language.

The coach does not produce numbers of its own. Every weight, percentage and target it mentions comes from the engine; a reply that steps outside that boundary is discarded before you ever see it. This is enforced by code and by an automated test, not by a promise.

The coach cannot change your rank. No subscription and no conversation moves a letter.

Replies are generated by a language model and can still be wrong, incomplete or poorly judged. Treat them as a second opinion on your own data, not as instructions.

Usage limits apply and are stated in the app before you hit them. We may adjust these limits; if we lower them we will say so in advance.

Not medical or coaching advice

Ranks, quests, recovery protocols and any suggested weights are generated from your own numbers by a formula. They are information, not a prescription.

Strength training carries risk of injury. You are responsible for your own technique, loading and recovery. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training programme, especially if you have an injury or a medical condition.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury or loss arising from training decisions you make using this app.

Hesabın

Hesabını istediğin an uygulama içinden silebilirsin (PROFİL → Hesap → Hesabı sil). Silme kalıcıdır ve bulut verini kaldırır.

Abonelik

Ücretli özellikler, App Store veya Google Play üzerinden otomatik yenilenen abonelik olarak satılır. Fiyat, faturalama dönemi ve varsa ücretsiz deneme, sen onaylamadan önce mağaza tarafından kendi para biriminde gösterilir.

Abonelik, dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse kendiliğinden yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönemin bitmesine 24 saat kala hesabından tahsil edilir.

Aboneliği uygulamadan değil, mağaza hesabının ayarlarından yönetir ve iptal edersin. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.

Ücretsiz deneme sırasında abonelik satın alırsan denemenin kalan kısmı yanar — bu bizim değil, mağazanın kuralıdır.

İadeler Apple veya Google tarafından kendi politikalarına göre yürütülür; onların yerine iade yapamayız.

Yapabileceklerin ve yapamayacakların

Uygulamayı kendi antrenmanın için kullanabilir, kendi verini istediğin an dışa aktarabilirsin.

Erişimi yeniden satamaz, ödemeyi atlatmaya çalışamaz, rank uydurmak için sıralama motorunu tersine mühendislikle kurcalayamaz ve uygulamayı birini taciz etmek için kullanamazsın.

Hukuka aykırı ya da paylaşma hakkın olmayan içerik yükleyemezsin.

İçeriğin ve verin

Antrenman kaydın senindir. Üzerinde mülkiyet iddia etmiyoruz ve satmıyoruz.

Verinin nasıl saklandığı ve cihazından ne çıktığı Gizlilik Politikası'nda yazılıdır; o metin bu koşulların parçasıdır.

Bir rank kartı paylaşırsan o görseli sen yayınlamış olursun; senin adına hiçbir yere bir şey göndermiyoruz.

Erişilebilirlik ve değişiklikler

Uygulama olduğu hâliyle sunulur. Özellik ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabiliriz; bulut senkronu zaman zaman kullanılamayabilir.

Uygulama local-first olduğu için bulut hizmeti kapansa bile kaydın cihazında okunur kalmaya devam eder.

Bu koşullarda esaslı bir değişiklik yaparsak, sana uygulanmadan önce uygulama içinde gösteririz.

AI koç

AI koç bu sürümde kapalıdır. Aşağıdaki koşullar, açıldığı takdirde geçerlidir.

AI koç isteğe bağlı bir özelliktir. Rank motorunun senin için zaten ürettiği sayıları okur ve sade bir dille açıklar.

Koç kendi sayısını üretmez. Andığı her kilo, yüzde ve hedef motordan gelir; bu sınırın dışına çıkan bir yanıt sen görmeden elenir. Bunu bir söz değil, kodun kendisi ve otomatik bir test uygular.

Koç rankını değiştiremez. Hiçbir abonelik ve hiçbir konuşma bir harfi oynatmaz.

Yanıtlar bir dil modeli tarafından üretilir; yine de yanlış, eksik veya isabetsiz olabilir. Onları talimat değil, kendi verin hakkında ikinci bir görüş olarak değerlendir.

Kullanım sınırları vardır ve sınıra çarpmadan önce uygulamada yazılıdır. Bu sınırları değiştirebiliriz; düşürürsek önceden söyleriz.

Tıbbi tavsiye veya antrenörlük değildir

Ranklar, questler, toparlanma protokolleri ve önerilen ağırlıkların tamamı senin kendi sayılarından bir formülle üretilir. Bunlar bilgidir, reçete değil.

Kuvvet antrenmanı sakatlanma riski taşır. Tekniğin, yüklemen ve toparlanman senin sorumluluğundadır. Bir programa başlamadan veya değiştirmeden önce — özellikle bir sakatlığın ya da rahatsızlığın varsa — yetkin bir uzmana danış.
